Workspace invites let teammates join the correct workspace without exposing other workspace state.

Invite codes

Invite codes may contain letters and numbers. Treat invite code entry as text input, not as a numeric OTP field.

Creator-scoped management

In settings, invite visibility is scoped to the creator. A user should only see and disable invite codes that they created, even when the workspace has other active invite codes.

Login and completion flow

When a user opens an invite while logged out, they may be sent through login before the account completion step. The invite flow should preserve the pending invite context so the user does not lose the workspace join path after authentication.

Recommended rollout

For the first team rollout:

1. Create one owner account.
2. Invite 2-3 active collaborators.
3. Start one shared Channel with a real operating task.
4. Add Agents only after the Channel goal is clear.
